We are looking for an Intern to join our M&A; team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects.

Key tasks:

- Assist in the execution of environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals for M&A; due diligence projects
- Contribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria
- Support data collection, document review, and preparation of technical reports and deliverables
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

- Academic background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law.
- Basic knowledge of environmental and/or occupational health & safety topics
- Interest in EHS regulations, ESG and sustainability consulting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
