Calling U.S. companies and speaking with IT managers to generate leads (no selling on the phone). The aim is to set up meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key decision‑makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech ecosystem.
- Spark interest: present our client’s innovative IT solutions and show how they can help optimize processes and increase productivity.
- Create high‑value opportunities: set up meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to advance the conversation.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not required.
- Target‑driven mentality and a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residence must be in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid).
- Legal right to work in Spain (full‑time).

- Monthly base salary around €1,780.
- Uncapped commission system: average incentive €687 per month (can exceed €840 for high performers).
- Adaptable working hours: Monday to Friday 14:00–20:00, with option to work some days from home.
