Damiani is one of Italy's most prestigious luxury jewelry Houses, renowned worldwide for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and excellence in fine jewelry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Advisor to join our boutique at Galería Canalejas, Madrid, delivering an outstanding luxury experience to an international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.
Develop strong relationships with local and international clients through proactive clienteling and CRM activities.
Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI objectives.
Present and sell Damiani's Fine Jewelry and Luxury Timepieces, sharing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and product expertise.
Identify clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.
Support after-sales service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.




Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented according to the Maison's guidelines.
Contribute to inventory management, stock organization, and operational excellence.
Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business goals and uphold Damiani's values and image.
Profile
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Luxury Retail, preferably within Fine Jewelry, High-End Watches, or Luxury Fashion.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.
Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance with impeccable etiquette and attention to detail.
