We are looking for a Pentest Coordinator to join our teams and work with a leading international insurance client.

What will you do?

- You will be responsible for planning and coordinating penetration testing activities across networks, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
- You will be responsible for documenting and presenting security findings along with mitigation recommendations.
- You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of testing activities with best practices and compliance requirements.
- You will be responsible for acting as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure continuity of execution.
- You will be responsible for tracking, consolidating metrics, and reporting the progress of penetration testing activities.
- You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall security posture.

What profile are we looking for?

- Academic background in Cybersecurity,



Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience in coordinating and executing penetration testing activities;
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar);
- Expertise in vulnerability identification and mitigation techniques;
- Experience managing multiple security initiatives simultaneously;
- Knowledge of information security standards and best practices;
- High level of English.

Nice to have:

- Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, OSCE, or CCSP;
- Experience in complex and highly regulated environments;
- Advanced knowledge of application, network, and infrastructure security.
