The Role

As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You’ll Do

- Contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
- Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, showcasing the value you bring.
- Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
- Enhance overall company performance across different business departments by creating new plans and events.
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
- Create, develop, and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments’ growth.
- Collaborate with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences across up to 40 countries.

Who You Are

- At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
- Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy.
- Experience leveraging big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.




- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
- Excited about working in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Advanced English speaker, with Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese considered a plus.
- Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
