Role Overview

Planet Planet is a global provider of integrated technology and payments solutions for retail and hospitality customers. The company has over 35 years of experience and operates in more than 120 markets across six continents. This role is a Payments Operations Support position in the Payments Support team. The primary responsibility is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges while maintaining high levels of service delivery, quality control, and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, reprocessing requests, and report generations in line with established SLAs.
- Run all aspects of customer and financial support across various IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners/merchants.
- Resolve issues and queries by interacting and communicating with colleagues and departments.
- Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner.
- Perform any other duties that may be required.
- Support inbound and outbound calls.
- Work 24/7 on a shift basis based on business needs.





Qualifications and Preferred Skills

- Proficient spoken and written English.
- B2 Level of German (French is a plus).
- Experience in a similar customer support or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in Financial Services or Payments operations is advantageous.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
- Moderate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing general company.
- Displays initiative and a common-sense approach.
- Modest, warm, and enthusiastic attitude toward customer care.
