What You’ll Do
- Lead the financial design and modeling of new business opportunities, creating robust financial models and business cases
- Apply diverse pricing methodologies to align with strategic goals and maximize value
- Analyze client budgets and forecasts to establish financial baselines and identify cost structures and savings opportunities
- Prepare and present financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Represent deal financials in internal approval forums and collaborate with senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Financial professional with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, and a proven track record in corporate financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, MBA, CIMA,
or ACA are a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in finance-related roles such as audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial finance.
- Proficiency in US GAAP and financial modeling (Excel), with a solid grasp of key financial and accounting concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, budgeting).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; detail-oriented and self-driven.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments and management levels.
- Analytical mindset, but engaging communication style.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in a global, multicultural setting. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to support remote teams and travel as needed based on project requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong interest in pricing and deal strategy.
