We're looking for a content-driven Senior Content Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement and demand nurturing. Someone who enjoys turning complex product value into clear one-pagers and battlecards, building editorial calendars that actually get read, and keeping a CRM nurture flow humming in the background — even when priorities shift fast (because in a small team, they do ?).
In this role, you'll act as a force multiplier for our commercial team, making sure they always have the right story and the right asset at the right moment, while also building Bdeo's presence and credibility in the markets we serve.

As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist, you'll sit in the sweet spot between execution and ownership. With 2–4 years of experience, you'll bring enough autonomy to contribute from day one while continuing to grow in a high-impact environment.
Your role will bridge sales enablement (equipping the commercial team with the right assets at the right moment) and demand nurturing (keeping our audience engaged and our pipeline warm) — helping the business close faster while building lasting brand credibility.
