Role Description The Owner role at InterArt Visual is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for overseeing studio operations, including project acquisition, client relationship management,



and coordination of 3D design and production workflows. The Owner will define business strategy, set priorities for game and web 3D projects, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget expectations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising artists, reviewing work in progress, guiding technical and artistic improvements, managing partnerships, and maintaining transparent communication with clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new service opportunities, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented studio culture.
Qualifications
Experience in 3D art production, particularly hard-surface modeling for games (e.g., weapons, vehicles, props), with understanding of character and environment art workflows.
Background in studio management or project leadership, including resource planning, scheduling, and budget oversight for creative or game development project
