We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Mirabel.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting contract and financial activities, directly contributing to the performance and success of our programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support contract administration and financial activities to contribute to program performance and delivery.
Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support budget management, billing, and financial tracking.
Prepare proformas, budgets, and support monthly financial reporting and updates.
Manage billing processes, including credit notes and expense validation (e.g., travel expenses).
Create, track, and maintain purchase orders.
Monitor project milestones and accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain and update management tools, including the Project Index.
Contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) development and monthly financial updates.
Participate in proposal development and financial planning activities.
Prepare reports,
including Canadian content reporting, as required.
Perform Oracle R12 reconciliations and support data integrity across systems.
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project administration, finance, or a related field.
College diploma (DEC) in Accounting, Administration, or a related discipline.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and solve problems proactively.
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems.
