Integrated Assemblies , Motherson Sequencing and Assembly Services (MSAS)

What you’ll do

Lead HSS (Health, Safety & Sustainability) risk assessments and ensure plant compliance with legal and Group standards.

Develop and implement mid-term and annual HSS programs tailored to the plant’s needs.

Support and guide investigations of incidents/accidents, ensuring Lessons Learned are shared across the organization.

Drive HSS training, audits, and coaching to build a strong safety culture.

Monitor and report key safety and environmental KPIs, including fire safety and accident data.

Lead CO₂ neutrality and sustainability initiatives, including ESG/CSR data consolidation and reporting.

What we are looking for

Master degree - HSE, Ergonomics or equivalent experience

Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and other relevant standards

Min 5 years in a similar position, with problem solving and change management experience

Spanish / English – Professional proficiency
