About the Role
As a Senior Technical Artist, you’ll focus on pipeline development and artist support, acting as a crucial bridge between our creative teams and our Unreal Engine pipeline. You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality art content and features are seamlessly integrated into the engine while maintaining the project’s artistic vision and respecting technical constraints for a world‑class production. Responsibilities
Work with generalists to create 3D art and bring it into the engine
Support artists in using the 3D art pipeline and user‑facing engine tools
Provide hands‑on guidance on asset performance, optimization, and validation
Review creative workflows and identify opportunities for tool and pipeline improvements
Develop Unreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions with a focus on usability and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Unreal Engine asset pipeline
Work closely with artists and QA to diagnose and fix production challenges
Ensure documentation is accessible and up to date for artists and technical teams
Help inspire and empower the art team to optimize their workflows and processes
About You
Strong expertise in Unreal Engine Blueprints and proven experience developing tools within the engine
Experience building configurators, automation tools, or similar systems
