Eligibility / Candidate Requirements

Already living on the Costa Blanca
Minimum of 1 year of proven real estate experience – new build experience is a strong advantage
Speak fluent English plus one of the following natively: French, Dutch, German, or Swiss‑German




Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle
Registered as autónomo or willing to work on a self‑employed basis
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

What we offer

Commission structure from 32% up to 65%
Average monthly earnings: €6,000–€9,000
Top performers consistently earn: €15,000–€18,000+ per month
