At Flywire, we’re transforming the way travel businesses manage and optimise globalpayments. We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship driven ClientSuccess Manager to support and grow a portfolio of strategic Travel clients across the EMEAregion.

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, drivingcommercial growth within existing accounts and acting as a trusted advisor to clients in a fastpaced, high growth environment.

The Client Success Manager will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Product and Support teams to help clients maximise the value of Flywire’s solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue across the existing client base.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Travel clients across EMEA

Manage a portfolio of mid market and strategic Travel accounts, helping clients maximise the value of their Flywire partnership

Develop account plans focused on retention, client engagement and commercial growth opportunities





Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client groups

Partner with clients to understand their business goals, operational challenges and payment needs

Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance, education and insight around Flywire’s payment solutions and capabilities

Provide clients with reporting, analytics and strategic recommendations to support performance and adoption

Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Support and Implementation teams to deliver a strong client experience

Support onboarding best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and client engagement across the wider Client Success organisation

Gather and communicate client feedback to help inform internal teams and support continuous improvement

Lead and manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment
