Role Overview
The SAP HCM Senior Consultant will act as a Payroll and Time Management Subject Matter Expert within the HR Service Delivery Team, supporting Austrian and Swiss customer accounts. The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of payroll and time management services,



ensuring compliance with country-specific legal requirements, customer agreements, and SAP best practices. This role requires deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead complex issue resolution and customer-facing activities. The consultant will collaborate closely with customers, service managers, project teams, and other HR service delivery consultants to provide high-quality support, continuous improvements, and SAP HCM solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions that meet business and legal requirements for Austria and Switzerland.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or multiple customer accounts, providing functional guidance and technical expertise.

Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for assigned accounts regarding payroll and time management topics.
