Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized general capabilities into localized execution.




This position is designed for an accomplished commercial procurement and contract management professional specializing in logistics and transport sub-contracting. The role demands a strategic negotiator who can build a dependable, scalable network of third-party logistics (3PL) carriers from the ground up.
The Mission & Core Scope
The Mission: Secure, onboard, and manage the performance of all external 3PL transport and last-mile service providers across Spain, maximizing network capacity and cost efficiency while protecting corporate delivery standards.
The Scope: You will take full corporate ownership of carrier relationships, commercial rate negotiations, Service Level Agreement (SLA) drafting, and ongoing vendor performance management for the Spanish market, reporting directly to regional leadership.
