to help build and enhance scalable backend services for a mission-critical manufacturing platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing high-performance systems, working with modern event-driven architectures, and solving complex backend challenges using technologies such as

C#

or

Go , relational databases, and AI-assisted development tools.

Bachelor's degree and professional license (cédula cualificado)

What you bring

5+ years

of hands-on experience in

backend software development.

Strong experience developing backend applications using

C# or Go (GoLang).





Experience working with

MySQL

or similar relational database management systems, including database schema design and query optimization.

Experience with event streaming technologies such as

Kafka

or

RabbitMQ .

Experience using

Microsoft Copilot

or

similar AI-assisted development tools.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or similar.

Advanced English

proficiency with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with Redis.

Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments.

Knowledge of scalable backend architectures and distributed systems.

Experience building secure, high-performance APIs and backend services.
