Responsibilities

Give support and coach managers on HR‑related topics.
Work closely on a day‑to‑day basis with managers.
Advising, coaching and orienting managers on HR aspects of their role.
Contribute to the operational results of the site.
Act as the HR representative for all internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the respect of rules by employees, particularly in terms of safety; participate and contribute to Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the site policy.
Manage in quantity and quality permanent and temporary headcounts; for production, participate to the PDP and validate temporary needs.
Follow up absenteeism,



define and deploy improvement plans.
Contribute to the deployment of the strategy for the entity people and organization development.
Coordinate, deploy and coach managers on talent development tools, processes and policy.
Participate and contribute to reflection and projects related to organizational evolution and propose organizational changes.
Guarantee the relevant/proper job grading methodology according to the Group referential and related C&B; applications.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process according to the standard.
Identify learning and actions to develop competences according to the site’s collective and employees’ individual needs, technological needs (TDP) and company requirements.
Define and arbitrage training actions according to the budget.
Identify new internal trainers according to training needs and potential trainer abilities and development path.
