This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized integral capabilities into localized execution.

floor-oriented Last-Mile Operations Manager. The role demands an execution-focused leader who can run a high-volume delivery depot hands-on, manage dynamic driver waves, and hit strict daily delivery windows under intense time pressure.
Launch, stabilize, and run daily operations at a dedicated last-mile delivery station, ensuring a flawless cross-docking sorting process and maximum delivery success rates for the assigned zone.
The Scope: You will take full operational and administrative ownership of the physical delivery depot—overseeing inbound sorting, parcel routing, driver dispatch waves, vehicle safety compliance, and the direct management of shift supervisors and local delivery couriers.
