Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays and conflicts.
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management and clients.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.




Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
