At PepsiCo, we are looking for a proactive and analytical

Maintenance Planning Manager

to lead the maintenance planning strategy for our manufacturing site in

Etxabarri-Ibiña (Vitoria-Gasteiz) .

This role is responsible for developing and executing an effective maintenance planning strategy that maximizes equipment reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency while optimizing maintenance costs. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure maintenance activities are safely planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with business priorities.

The idóneo candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement and maintenance excellence across the site.

Maintenance Planning & Asset Reliability

Develop and lead the site's maintenance planning strategy to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and operational performance.

Design, optimize,



and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance programs.

Ensure maintenance plans are aligned with production schedules while minimizing downtime and operational disruption.

Identify opportunities to improve asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall plant efficiency through data‑driven decision making.

Drive the effective implementation of SPARK maintenance standards and best practices across the site.

Develop maintenance strategies that balance operational performance, asset lifecycle, and maintenance costs.

Maintenance Execution & Performance

Coordinate and oversee maintenance shutdowns, planned outages, start‑ups, and major maintenance activities.

Ensure maintenance work is effectively planned, prioritized, scheduled, and executed according to business requirements.

Monitor maintenance KPIs and analyze equipment performance to identify trends and improvement opportu
