About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function across the design, planning, and technical delivery of telecommunications and electrical solutions infrastructure projects for Radlink. This role provides technical leadership, governance, and people management to ensure engineering solutions are safe, compliant, commercially viable, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with other Radlink departments and clients,



the Engineering Manager ensures engineering activities support successful project execution from tender through commissioning while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.

The role is suited to an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in communications, electrical, and industrial infrastructure, particularly within mining and other heavy industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the engineering team, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices across the business.

Promote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provide engineering leadership during tendering, project execution, and project close-out.

Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across communications, electrical, and associated infrastructure.
