Role & Responsibilities
You will be part of our Billing Operations & Customer Support team in Barcelona.
On a day to day basis you will:
Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier




Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client
Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes
Participate in the improvement of internal processes
Provide effective and clear and answers to clients and suppliers

You are the adecuado candidate if:
You are fluent in English and in French (50% of daily operations are in French)
You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration
You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
