? About the Role
As Revenue Growth Manager for Pack Price Architecture & Mix, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue and profit growth across the Iberia business.
You'll lead strategic initiatives across Price Pack Architecture and Mix Management, using advanced analytics, scenario modelling, and commercial insights to identify opportunities that maximize value creation.




Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you'll:
Define and implement pricing and pack architecture strategies that unlock growth.
Develop scenario planning models to evaluate pricing and pack opportunities.
Lead Mix Management initiatives, identifying the right products, channels, and customers to accelerate profitability.
Translate insights into actionable commercial plans alongside Sales and Marketing.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and emerging trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Contribute to the development of next-generation RGM tools and capabilities as part of our transformation journey.
