? Your mission & impact

As Workday Service Delivery Manager, you will be the strategic link between the client's business teams and the implementation partner. You take over a program mid-flight, bring structure and trust back from day one, and ensure seamless delivery across the full Workday ecosystem. This isn't a supporting role; it's the center of gravity of the program.

✅ What we're looking for

7+ years in IT service delivery, project management, or consulting, with a strong Workday background (HCM, Financials, or related modules). You know how to operate in a triangular model (client, consulting firm, supplier) and you're not afraid of vendor transition contexts. SLA management, executive reporting,



and stakeholder alignment are second nature to you.
Fluent English (C1+) is a must, and you're based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia.

? What you will do

You'll be the primary point of contact between business teams and Accenture, driving end-to-end service delivery, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, facilitating governance, leading change management, and producing executive-level reporting. You'll also support the transition from the previous partner, which makes the onboarding phase especially critical and rewarding.
