Your Role
We’re hiring an HR Operations Lead on a nine-month fixed-term contract to provide advisory, guidance and operational support for our day-to-day HR operations across EMEA. You can work from either Spain or the U.K.



If you prefer an office environment or a hybrid setup, you're welcome to work out of our Barcelona or London offices.
In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with our Payroll, Legal and People teams to build and maintain scalable processes across the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll make sure we comply with local regulations while helping our teams win together by keeping our workflows smooth and reliable.
As an HR Operations Lead, you’ll:
Advise and support. You’ll provide guidance on health and safety policies, benefits, time off, leave administration, payroll and immigration workflows.
Manage the employee lifecycle. You’ll deliver technical guidance on key processes like onboarding, terminations, employment agreements and intracompany relocations.
Design scalable processes. You’ll partner with the team to build and update standard operating procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple
