Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).



Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

DCR AI Operations is a integral team responsible for delivering, enabling and scaling low-code and pro-code AI solutions across Schneider Digital. As an AI Solution Engineer, you will design, build and deploy AI solutions across two delivery paths: low-code using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce, and pro-code using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. You will move fluidly between both, picking the right tool for the use case, not the other way around.

The DCR AI Operations team - a small, central team operating across all of DCR's and CXCT capabilities globally. You will work closely with business stakeholders, capability Product Owners, Platform architects, Enterprise IT and AI Hub, as well as the growing DCR Makers community across the organization.
