We are looking for a talented and driven Experience Designer to join our team, working on a variety of exciting, international projects for a global brand. This role will help create and produce engaging digital and print assets, including learning and development materials, event collateral and videos, PowerPoint presentations and production logistics. Location: Madrid
* 5 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly with international projects, learning materials, and event collateral.
* Proficiency in Adobe CreativeCloud(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,XD and After Effects)



and PowerPoint. Good experience of using Figma.
* Strong design portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and event-related design formats.
* Experience in designing e-learning modules, gamified learning experiences, or other interactive digital content is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). German, French or Italian proficiency is desired but not required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities.
* Understanding of integral design trends and the ability to work in cross-cultural environments.
