What are we looking for? ?
We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel – Litigation to join the Legal Department at Insud Pharma,



reporting directly to the Disputes Resolution Director.
This role will support the commercial litigation function of the Legal Department, combining procedural litigation work, pre-litigation risk management, and business-oriented legal support, particularly in clinical trials and strategic projects.
The position offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional disputes and close collaboration with cross-functional teams within a highly innovative and technology-driven legal environment.

The challenge ?
Draft and review procedural documents across civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative proceedings.
Manage litigation matters independently or in coordination with external counsel.
Support case strategy, evidence analysis, and procedural deadlines.
Ensure consistency of legal arguments across jurisdictions and matters.
Support pre-litigation matters in coordination with relevant business units
