Accountabilities
- Build, maintain,



and improve pipelines for genomic variant analysis using modern workflow orchestration and pipeline management tools.
- Develop scalable, reproducible, and reliable bioinformatics workflows following best practices in data analysis and software engineering.
- Design and implement robust tools for analyzing genomic datasets and supporting advanced computational biology applications.
- Optimize existing bioinformatics code and pipelines to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure data processing workflows are maintainable, accurate, and suitable for production environments.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and interdisciplinary teams to translate biological challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bioinformatics platforms, analysis methods, and development practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees
