Role Overview
We are looking for a Concur Project & Administrator Specialist to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Concur Travel & Expense platform across multiple countries.
This role will act as the primary point of contact for Concur-related activities, supporting local teams during rollouts, delivering user training, coordinating system enhancements, and ensuring efficient and compliant expense management processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, HR, and local stakeholders to drive adoption, standardisation, and ongoing optimisation of the Concur solution.

Key Responsibilities
Concur Implementation & Project Support
Support the rollout and implementation of Concur across multiple countries and entities.
Coordinate project activities, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
Collaborate with local stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
Monitor implementation milestones and track issues through resolution.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives.




Training & User Support
Act as the primary Concur Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end users.
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and user guides.
Provide ongoing support to employees, approvers, and finance teams.
Create standard training materials and maintain knowledge documentation.
Drive awareness of best practices and policy compliance.
System Administration
Manage user access, roles, approval workflows, and organisational structures within Concur.
Maintain configuration settings aligned with company policies.
Support system updates, releases, and enhancement requests.
Coordinate with external vendors and technical support teams when required.
Ensure data integrity and proper system governance.
Reporting, Controls & Auditing
Develop and maintain standard Concur reports and dashboards.
Analyse expense trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
