What You Will Do

Govern and evolve the IT control framework and core IT process landscape together with IT process owners and business stakeholders, including the CISO
Translate regulatory, certification, and customer requirements into practical, risk‑based controls embedded in day‑to‑day IT work
Own and continuously improve selected high‑risk, audit‑heavy processes
Coordinate IT audits, support remediation, and act as the primary IT audit interface
Maintain a clear, usable IT service catalog with transparent service levels
Coach and support process and service owners to improve consistency, efficiency, and control execution

Your profile

5+ years of experience in IT process management, IT governance, risk, or compliance in complex IT environments
Hands‑on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks in an agile context
Strong judgment in balancing compliance, efficiency, and delivery speed
Trusted advisor mindset: able to coach, influence, and align without relying on hierarchy
Comfortable working with engineers, architects, management, and auditors
Professional working proficiency in English
