? Your mission & impact

As a Technical Business Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud (Data Migration & Integration), you will be a key player in a large-scale HR transformation program for a major international financial institution. You will drive the data migration architecture, integration design, and technical delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring robust, reliable, and scalable solutions that support critical HR and payroll processes.

✅ What we’re looking for

Core – Technical (required)

4+ years as a Technical BA, integration developer, or data migration engineer on HCM or ERP programs.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud:HDL / HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, UCM, Process Monitor.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):Ability to read, validate,



and contribute to integration recipes and orchestration flows.
Strong SQL skills:Data profiling, reconciliation queries, anomaly investigation.
Solid understanding of data exchange formats:XML, JSON, CSV – comfortable reading and debugging raw payloads.
Knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP:Request/response cycles, authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, JWT), error handling.
Experience with SFTP / file-based integrations:Naming conventions, scheduling, error management.
Familiarity with defect and test management tools:JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr or equivalent.
Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously on technical workstreams.

Plus – Functional HR knowledge (nice to have)

Familiarity with Core HR processes: workforce structures, position management, employee lifecycle.
Basic understanding of payroll interfaces and the data expected by payroll systems.
Ability to translate business requirem
