The European Blockchain Convention (EBC) is Europe's marketplace for digital assets, bringing together thousands of institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers in Barcelona every year. Alongside EBC, we run the Digital Assets Forum, a growing platform at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. We are a small, fast-moving team where every person has real ownership and real impact on what tens of thousands of people in the industry see, read and attend.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who operates as the creative and executional engine of our marketing: someone who can take a goal (“sell out the next edition,” “grow our newsletter to X subscribers,” “make our LinkedIn the reference in the industry”) and independently figure out the how. Then build it, ship it, measure it and improve it.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who owns strategy, budget and targets. You own the craft: content, design, channels, campaigns and the day-to-day decisions that make them work.



We expect you to bring ideas we didn't ask for, challenge briefs when they can be better, and never wait to be told what to do next.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Content & AI-powered production
Produce high-quality content end to end: social posts, newsletters, landing pages, speaker announcements, video snippets, event recaps and thought-leadership pieces.
Build and refine AI-assisted workflows (LLMs, image/video generation, automation tools) to multiply output without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
Turn industry news into marketing opportunities: connect what's happening in crypto, blockchain and digital assets with our events, speakers and agenda in near real time.

Design & brand
Create polished visual assets (social graphics, banners, decks, on-site materials) using tools like Canva, Figma and AI design platforms. You don't need to be a professional designer, but your work must look like one made it.
