Job Description
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead industrial projects end-to-end. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping through successful handover.
Primary duties
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, engineering teams and business development stakeholders.
Act as the primary client interface: communicate project status, manage expectations, escalate issues appropriately, and foster long-term partnership relationships.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation, adapting proactively to changes in scope or priorities.




Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges early, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Monitor project KPIs and financial performance; prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
1+ years of experience in Project Management.
High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp, Jira, etc)
Being an excellent team player.
Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel, spreadsheets, etc)
