What are we looking for? ?
We are looking for a Jr.
Area Manager to actively participate in the direct sales process in a B2B pharmaceutical environment, contributing to the achievement of commercial targets and supporting business growth across multiple countries.
The challenge ?
Participate actively in the direct sales process, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Drive business growth by managing and expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across different countries.
Prepare commercial offers aligned with company strategy.
Follow up with clients throughout the full commercial cycle, from offer preparation to execution and post sale support.
Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Project Management to ensure high quality service.
Support and participate in client visits, business reviews, and negotiations.
Contribute actively to internal processes and crossfunctional initiatives.
