The Associate Marketing Specialist, Surgical Robotics is responsible for supporting the execution of regional marketing activities across the EMEA region, ensuring high-quality operational coordination and alignment with business objectives. This includes supporting customer-facing programs, congresses, demonstrations, society engagements,



and the development of localized marketing collateral while collaborating closely with regional marketing, country marketing, sales, medical education, events, and external partners. The role is fully remote and plays a key part in translating marketing plans into seamless execution across markets. Travel across the EMEA region is expected approximately 30–60% of the time, depending on congresses, demonstrations, and regional marketing activities.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate the execution of EMEA Surgical Robotics marketing programs, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and follow-up
- Support the planning and delivery of congresses, customer events, demonstrations, workshops, and other regional marketing activities, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
- Manage operational aspects of the regional demo program,
