Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Business Master Platform (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location: Allianz Services, Barcelona. The Business Analyst (BA) acts as a key delivery role within the Business Master Platform (BMP) program, supporting general and local rollout initiatives across Allianz entities.



The role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured, and traceable requirements that enable efficient and high‑quality delivery within agile squads.

What You Do

Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements for BMP initiatives.
Translate business processes into AS‑IS / TO‑BE models, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with Allianz standards.
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
Facilitate requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
Ensure end‑to‑end traceability of requirements across design, development, testing, and release.
Collaborate with development, testing, and architecture teams to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding.
Contribute to system and user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and supporting validation activities.
