As a Lead Documentation Engineer, you will lead the development, control,



and continuous improvement of technical documentation supporting Commissioning and Services activities for Haliade-X and Haliade-150 projects. You will ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and ready for field execution while collaborating with Engineering, EHS, Field Operations, Technical Support, Factory, and Project teams. This role requires strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to manage documentation priorities to support the safe and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the documentation engineers assign to the project, aligning priorities, resources, and workflows to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for documentation activities.
- Define and drive the documentation strategy for key deliverables, including MFI (Maintenance Field Instructions), RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), lifting plans, technical procedures, work in
