As our new Business Controller, you will act as a key financial partner and analyst,



helping drive performance across our designated business areas. Your main responsibilities will include:

Business Partnering: Acting as a proactive business partner towards a designated business area/areas under the guidance of a Business Performance Manager or the VP Performance Management.

Performance & KPI Analysis: Analyzing operational and financial performance against strategic targets through the company’s KPIs, and following up closely on costs and key metrics.

Financial Reporting & Case Support: Assisting in the production of financial information for business cases, projects, strategic initiatives, and investments.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing monthly and long-term forecasts, facilitating the overall budget follow-up process, and supporting departments with understanding and analyzing budget deviations.
