Job Description

YOUR MISSION
Support the optimization of logistics features, with a focus on delivery areas and supply/demand imbalances, by maintaining and improving settings, quantifying their impact, providing data-driven insights, coordinating feature rollouts, and measuring their effectiveness.

THE JOURNEY
- Work closely with local/regional stakeholders, product teams and development teams, serving as a bridge between product and operations, to define how to best set up and enable products, monitor and give visibility of metrics and KPIs.
- Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making,



based on applied statistics and probability techniques
- Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
- Build optimization processes to define the best tuning of every feature on each geography.
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business and product.
- Support recurrent processes within the team, enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs
- Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics (delivery time, efficiency, costs), gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo’s logistics.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1-2 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting,

in a quantitative analysis role
- Excellent SQL and Excel/GoogleSheet skills
- Solid proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with popular tools su
