? What You’ll Do

This role is part of a long-term strategic initiative within a general healthcare environment focused on the evolution and unification of enterprise data platforms. The objective is to consolidate multiple existing data platforms into a single, scalable ecosystem that serves as a backbone for multiple products and teams across the organisation.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving backend services that support data exchange and platform integration across multiple teams.



You will work in a high-autonomy environment where you are expected to independently drive technical solutions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across engineering, data, and product teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and components using Java
- Contribute to the evolution and unification of enterprise data platform ecosystems
- Support the migration and transition of existing components into the target platform
- Analyse existing applications, integrations, dependencies and data flows
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams across a large organisational structureWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Participate in technical refinement, estimation and solution design discussion
