Working closely with internal teams and external QA partners, you'll drive quality standards, optimize workflows, and provide clear visibility into product readiness. Accountabilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of internal Quality Assurance teams, ensuring testing activities are efficiently planned, executed, and aligned with project priorities.
- Manage resource allocation, delegate tasks effectively,



and adapt testing efforts to evolving development schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, introducing best practices, mentoring team members, and promoting operational excellence across testing activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between QA, development, publishing, and other cross-functional teams, translating production milestones into clear testing objectives.
- Provide transparent reporting on build stability, testing progress, product quality, and release readiness through data-driven communication.
- Coordinate and oversee external QA vendors and outsourcing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, consistent testing quality, and efficient integration of external feedback into development pipelines.
