Accountabilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects, including platform initiatives, integrations,



and partner onboarding activities.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Drive daily project progress by removing blockers, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Organize cross-functional meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure teams remain aligned with project objectives.
- Act as the central communication point between engineering teams, product stakeholders, business teams, and external partners.
- Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Establish project governance practices by maintaining documentation, controlling changes, and ensuring accountability throughout delivery.
