Accountabilities





The Creative Producer will be responsible for developing and optimizing creative strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. The role combines creative leadership, performance analysis, and operational execution to ensure continuous improvement of advertising assets.
- Own the end-to-end creative testing framework, including hypothesis creation, decision-making criteria, testing thresholds, and optimization rules.
- Generate creative concepts and hypotheses based on performance insights, competitor research, advertising trends, and learnings from adjacent industries such as e-commerce, gaming, and dating.
- Create detailed briefs and coordinate with designers and AI-powered content production workflows to deliver effective creative assets.
- Partner with user acquisition teams to execute creative tests and analyze performance outcomes.
- Evaluate creative results across key metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and cohort retention.
