As an AI Security Manager in Barcelona, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Arxada securely adopts and scales artificial intelligence across the enterprise. You will lead the organization’s AI security agenda end-to-end—defining strategy, setting standards,



and driving execution in a space that is rapidly evolving. Essential Job Functions:
- Lead Arxada’s AI security strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive progress and outcomes
- Define and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions
- Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response
- Drive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks
