What makes this role exciting
As Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. You will analyse market trends, define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and collaborate closely with integration partners such as Workday and Oracle.



Operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, you’ll drive measurable impact on customer satisfaction, system scalability, and CloudPay’s strategic positioning.

Main responsibilities
- Own the delivery of strategic initiatives from discovery through to rollout, ensuring alignment with business goals and on-time, in-scope execution.
- Lead discovery and solutioning activities by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to define problems, gather requirements, and identify viable solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and inform product strategy and prioritisation.
- Schedule, facilitate, and document feedback from customer design partner sessions throughout discovery, solutioning, beta testing, and post-launch phases.
