Accountabilities:





The Senior Design Researcher will play a key role in advancing user-centered practices by generating actionable insights, improving research operations, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and informed decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive user research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Identify, synthesize, and advocate for user needs across multiple product areas and organizational initiatives.
- Communicate research findings effectively through presentations, reports, storytelling techniques, and well-structured documentation systems.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and process teams to integrate user insights into strategic and operational decision-making.
