Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Position Details
- Position: Disability Support Worker
- Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Location: Ormond, VIC
- Total Hours per fortnight: 51 hours
- Roster: Permanent fortnightly roster (see roster details below)

About You
- Experience supporting customers with Behaviours of Concern (BOC) (highly desirable)
- Strong manual handling skills and experience supporting customers with mobility, transfers and personal care requirements
- A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to remain calm in high-intensity situations




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, families and support networks
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals and actively participate in their community
- Confidence in providing personal care, medication assistance and daily living supports
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work all shifts outlined in the roster

You must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- VIC Driver’s licence
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
