As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver real business value within a modern SaaS environment. Working as part of a collaborative Data & AI team, you will develop production-ready LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered workflows while partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders. This role offers end-to-end ownership across the AI development lifecycle, from problem definition and model implementation to deployment and monitoring. You'll contribute to scalable cloud-based solutions while leveraging the latest AI development tools to accelerate innovation. Accountabilities
- Design, develop,



and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other machine learning techniques.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, including problem definition, data preparation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model inference, and application integration.
- Integrate AI capabilities into cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to embed AI features into customer-facing products and internal systems.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and contribute to AI-driven development best practices.
